SERB Executive Director Christine Dietsch

Christine Dietsch was appointed Executive Director of the State Employment Relations Board, April 25, 2011. Ms. Dietsch has more than 25 years of professional public and private sector experience in the fields of human resources, labor relations, economic development, training, strategic planning, community organization and client services. As a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Ohio, she has blended the art of counseling with management and labor relations enhanced by training as an Advocate in Expedited Arbitration, Mediation and Dispute Resolution processes. Over the years, these skills have been successfully used to promote positive outcomes needing resolution while working with staff, both union and non-union, to create and foster the best team atmosphere possible.

Mrs. Dietsch holds a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree from The Defiance College, a Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling (MRC) degree from Wright State University, is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Ohio (#C2062) and holds certifications as an Economic Development Finance Professional and an Advocate for Expedited Arbitration.
