Contract Data Summary Sheets (CDSS)

Within 30 days of a signed collective bargaining agreement, memorandum of understanding (MOU), extension or addendum, a Contract Data Summary Sheet (CDSS) and a copy of the signed agreement is required to be filed with SERB.

The CDSS acts as a coversheet for the collective bargaining agreement and provides quick access to the statistical data and page number of the information that is contained within the agreement.

This information is used to update the Clearinghouse database and ensures the accuracy and integrity of the data.

Select the appropriate CDSS file below based upon your bargaining unit type.
