The Clerks Office is the central clearinghouse
for all documents, filings, correspondence, and activities of
the Board as well as the reception desk. The Clerks Office maintains custody
and dockets records of case-related documents, and it receives and distributes
all case filings and other incoming documents. The Clerks Office
is responsible for retention of records consistent with the agency
retention schedule and responds to inquiries about the status
of public employee bargaining units throughout the State of Ohio.
